Common Topics

My streak died unexpectedly: Streaks expire 72 hours after your last check-in. You have a free check-in window from 24-28 hours, and a paid revival window from 28-72 hours.

Purchase not showing up: Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your device type and approximate purchase date.

Data deletion: Use "Reset Everything" in the app to clear local data. For server-side deletion, email us with your username and we'll remove your leaderboard entry.

Notifications not working: Check that notifications are enabled for Pointless Streak in your device's Settings app.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. For refund requests:
